Rhode was bred by The Never Finished Ranch. He's a 50/50 F1 from lines new to the mini Nubian world. He has blue eyes, moon spots, and great depth and width of body. Since Rhode is black, he can only pass on black to his kids. We know he is heterozygous for blue eyes as he threw two brown eyed kids for us when paired with one of our brown eyed does in 2022. Unfortunately, he seems to like throwing his beautiful blue eyes only on his buckling kids, so we're hoping for at least one blue-eyed doeling from him in 2024!

Rhode is very friendly and loves cookies even when he's in rut. He's quite the gentleman when it comes to the ladies as he seems to charm whoever we pair him with. During rut in 2023, he got into a fight with one of our other intact males and managed to break his left ear. So now we joke that he has "cauliflower ear" like an MMA fighter! LOL!
